Appointments and Emergencies

Our general office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday; and 9 am to 1 pm on Friday.
Please call (239) 369-3333 to make an appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let the office know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule you for a more convenient appointment and utilize the time for someone else who needs to see the physician. We will make every attempt to accommodate patients with urgent problems. If we cannot make arrangements to see you at your requested location, we may be able to accommodate you at our other office.
We make every attempt to limit your waiting time in the office and are aware that your time is as important as ours. If there is an unexpected delay due to an ill patient who required more time than anticipated, we will do our best to keep you informed. Please help us by arriving on time for your appointment. Be assured that the doctor will take as much time with you as is necessary. If you are scheduled for a breathing study the same day as your visit, you will be asked to arrive in advance of your appointment so that the test can be completed in time and the physician can review the results with you during your visit.
In the event that your insurance plan requires written authorization before a visit or a necessary diagnostic study, we will make every attempt to assist you.
Our nursing/medical assistant is available to answer questions regarding routine care and medications during regular office hours. You may also receive a phone call from our nursing/medical assistant when laboratory, x-ray, or CT test results have been reviewed by the physician. Please be sure to provide us with all necessary contact information if you are expecting a return phone call. We are committed to using your protected health information responsibly and will require your permission if you would like us to leave any medical information on a voice mail or answering machine, or if you would like us to discuss your care with other family members.
There is always a physician on-call after hours. In the event of an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Routine messages regarding appointments, prescriptions, or other questions can be left on our answering machine by contacting the office at (239) 369-3333 after regular hours. Instructions for contacting the physician on-call can also be obtained by contacting our office at (239) 369-3333 after regular hours.
